Piercing My eyes are one of my favorite features because they are what people see first and I am able to express so much through them.	Flexed I really like my thighs because they are muscular and well defined.	Smile I really like my smile because whenever I start laughing, I find that people also start laughing. I ask them why they do that and they respond with saying that they start laughing because of how I laugh. I guess my laugh is contagious. I like to brighten people’s days by doing just that.
Thigh I don't like my thighs or butt because I’ve never felt comfortable with them. They cause unwanted attention.	Stretch Marks I am very uncomfortable with my mid section because I've been bullied about my weight before.	Pearly Whites People always tell me that I have a pretty smile, and I feel like it helps me make a good first impression.
Cracked I don't like how my skin looks in some places on my body and am really self-conscious about it.	Curls I really like my curly hair because it naturally curls and has almost perfect curls.	Toes I don't like my feet because they just aren't small and cute like everyone's. I just feel like my feet are gross.
Hand I just really like the way my hands look.	Lashes I love my eyelashes and everyone always compliments how long and pretty they are.	Lips I just like how full they are.
Nose I don't like my nose because its big and round…. I inherited it from my father. I also have really big pores on my nose so I tend to get a lot of blackheads. I feel like it protrudes from my face and I tend to be really conscious of it when I think people are looking at my face. It just feels like a big round clown nose.	Skin I am really self-conscious of my skin, especially on my face because I feel like that is all people look at.	Squints I have nice almondish shaped eyes and my irises are a warm dark brown color. My lashes are not too terribly long but they are decently full. I love how when I smile really big I have little crow's feet at the corner of my eyes. There is just so much life and warmth in my eyes.
Legs My legs are what keep me standing and have taken me many places in the world. They are strong like I am strong and keep me moving forward.	Nervous	Curves I love that they help me not fit the ideals of the “perfect” body shape for females that the male population has created.
Calves I have always loved my calves for some reason. Its kinda silly but I just love how shapely they are. They are not ripped by any means but they have a lot of muscle and they are strong.	Grinning It was painful to get straight!!! I had buck-teeth growing up and had gaps as well, so I had 4 years of braces in addition to 2 previous years of correction work and I feel that when all that pain was done, they look pretty good!	Uncovered I really like my breasts, they are a nice size.
Always I am really proud of my calves they are well defined and I've worked on them.	Feet Big feet come with being tall and it’s really hard finding shoes for a size 13 woman’s foot. I live in a society where women’s feet cannot be bigger than a 12, because that’s just freakishly huge. Shoutout to Payless for being the only store that is ballsy enough to carry size 13 wide width shoes and for also being relatively cheap compared to other stores. I guess I got lucky with the only store carrying my size being on the cheaper side.	Panicked My eyes are a really nice color, and people always give me compliments on them.
Arms I don't like my arms because I think that they are fat.	Calf I have always loved my calves for some reason. Its kinda silly but I just love how shapely they are. They are not ripped by any means but they have a lot of muscle and they are strong.	Stomach I hate that it’s so soft and malleable. It never holds a shape, everyday it’s different.
Pierced They're big and make me feel sexy. Because they're big I feel like my tummy looks smaller	Pointed I really like my smile and people tell me that its one of the features that they remember be by.

Dr. Seuss I have the Dr. Seuss quote: "Sometimes you don’t know the value of a moment, until it becomes a memory." with the Cat in the Hat hat next to it. I share this same tattoo with my oldest sister Aarika. It is what connects us through the distance and has allowed me to value things before it is too late.	Squirt When I was 17 I went to Hawaii with my family and someone I consider to be my brother, since we grew up together. I have always been fond of turtles, especially sea turtles. We had all decided that we were going to get turtles while we were there to always have a reminder of the amazing trip we took together. My turtle is Squirt from Finding Nemo because that was my favorite movie when I was younger, I put a bow on it because I love bows.	Anchor My anchor tattoo stands for my strength and being able to stand strong as myself and to know that I am worth something.
A I have an A on my foot with a pink heart. It is for my sisters and I. We all start with A and end with A and have 6 letters in our first name. We all have an A on our foot with our favorite color in the heart.	Strength My right rib tattoo is stereotypical, I will admit. I got the ribbon to represent those who I have lost to cancer including my great grandmother and my coach/mentor/basically third father. Cancer runs rapid in my family and it reminds me to be strong when I am weak.	Bluebell My bluebonnet on my right ankle was a bit of an impulse tattoo, I will not lie. I love Texas. A little too much. My grandparents lived in Texas for a very long time and their favorite song is “Bluebonnets in the Spring”. Not only does it represent my love for Texas, but also a tribute to them.
Always The Deathly Hollows symbol from the last Harry Potter book/movie	Had to Be Me Mass Effect Quote, basically means if I don’t do it, who will?	Afraid Remind me that there are worse things than feeling guilty for not being religious. A lot of my family shuns me for being an atheist, it helps me cope.
Determined To remember that I can’t give up.	Perfect My left hip tattoo is my favorite quote from my all time favorite movie: Fight Club. I got this tattoo because it is a constant reminder that I should never settle. I should always strive to do better because there is no such thing as perfection.	Hummingbird She wrote a letter and left it with the huge box of these pamphlets. The letter said “years from now (2008), you may ask ‘why did she keep all of this?’ Please remember that these were some of the best times I’ve had. When I found out that my grandmother had passed away suddenly, I was at WIU and I was devastated. I spoke to my grandfather who read that letter to me over the phone and it was the thing that helped me cope the most.
Art Nouveau My left sleeve is an art nouveau poster my mucha of a beautiful girl. Underneath is a glass heart that says, “Beauty is not in the face, Beauty is a light in the heart.” I just like how poetic this piece is. I think when I get tattoos I like to give the artist a bit of freedom because I love the idea of wearing their art. When I got this tattoo I chose the Mucha image and the saying and he designed the rest.	Bee I LOVE puns and this tattoo will make me…. The bee's knees!!!! HA!	Lion My spirit animal has always been a lion because of the animal being considered the leader and being strong. Also, growing up, my family and friends used to call , my curly red hair, my lion mane, so it's fitting.
Compass	Shark	Hamsa The Hamsa symbolizes the Hand of God, and is a protective sign in all faiths. I like the idea of all religions/beliefs having this symbol to bring them all together. The Hamsa Hand brings its owner happiness, luck, health, and good fortune.
Sunshine My second tattoo was a matching tattoo with my mom (which is our second matching one including the turtle). The words say: My only sunshine, I’ll like you for always. My only sunshine is from the song she would sing to me when I was a kid, and I’ll like you for always is from the book she would read to me.	Anchor and Rose My fourth tattoo is a matching tattoo with my best friend Jalyn. Jalyn and I have known each other since we were little but really became friends in High School. Jalyn became my friend when I was in a very dark place in my life. I was raped in middle school and the school blasted rumors about me continuously. Jalyn was the one person that never judged me and was simply there whenever I needed to talk. Now that we’re older we’re still incredibly close even though we don’t live very close to each.	Lotus Lotus flower- watercolor to remind me that that beauty can grow in the darkest times.
Supernatural The supernatural symbol and I’m obsessed with Supernatural. Keeps the demons out.	Mickey The Mickey Mouse with the quote I can go the distance, was actually the last of the four tattoos that I use to stand strong from my depression. It stands for the distance I have gone and that I know I can make it until the end.
